So we are all on the same page, we have a set of Core Values that everyone at Geeks lives and breathes by. “We love our customers”, “we value our people”, “leave your ego at the door”, “on Wednesdays we wear pink”… Okay, that last one was made up, but you get the idea. We love feedback!
We’re obsessed with transparency. It’s why we use employee happiness tool TINYpulse. Staff can anonymously offer feedback and ask questions on anything and everything; feedback and questions that the entire company can read. We proudly respond to and share every comment, and anything that begs further discussion is put forward at our regular all-hands meetings. We want to make sure our Team are given every avenue to offer suggestions and feedback to make Geeks the best it can be!
Grow with us
We’re growing – fast! And there’s enormous opportunity for you to grow with us too. We have a track record of looking within the company to fill open positions. Two of our current department heads have made their way up through the Customer Service Team. Our Head of Technology was also one of the first technicians that Geeks2U had – over eight years ago!

Not to brag, but we also have an awesome office with a huge breakout area and kitchen with all the trimmings, fresh seasonal fruit to snack on every day and not to mention, we throw a pretty great team function.
